Lead Developer

 

We are looking to recruit a Lead Developer to design and develop eCommerce based solutions within our eCommerce team.

As Lead Developer you will lead and implement the design and build of eCommerce solutions and provide technical support and advice to other members of the development team. The role will involve working closely with Business Analysts regarding the implementation of requirements and/or resolution of live operational issues. You will be expected to contribute to the solution of key, complex problems including performance and scalability issues.

You will need to have proven experience of designing and developing eCommerce applications at an advanced level and have a good practical experience of Java and, Netbeans. Other language requirements are SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS/CSS2. Experience of working with Agile delivery methodologies would be advantageous.

A Sun, Microsoft or CIW certification would be advantageous.

Salary dependant upon skills and experience; please indicate your expectations together with your current salary when applying.
