What is Open-i Quotations?
Open-i Quotations are Open GI’s market leading quotation engines for motor, home, bike and truck, with a dramatically improved user interface.
Open GI’s quote engines currently power over 40% of the UK broker market.
These easy to use and powerful point of sale quotation systems include full back-office integration and reduce overall business processing time.
How it all works
Open-i Quotations allows risk data to be captured within a Windows® look and feel environment whilst maintaining full back-office integration.
Following the initial data capture, Open-i Quotations can deliver multiple styles of quotation within a few seconds of making a request.
For example, Multi-Cover Quotes, Discounts, Workings, Select Lists and Area Down Rating.
Once you have completed the quotation, the quote information can be passed to the Core Back-Office.
What can it do for me?
Open-i Quotations uses the Windows® generic look and feel, with validated drop down fields, and input via a choice of either mouse or keyboard entry.
This aids faster data entry and processing in a more productive environment.
Data capture is only needed once – this is a single keying tool that then allows the data captured to populate the Open GI Core Back-Office. Once data is keyed in, it can be quickly amended.
