Anthony D Evans Drives Cost and Efficiency Savings

Leading niche broker, Anthony D Evans, has reported a significant reduction in costs after implementing Open GI productivity solutions.

Anthony D Evans Insurance Brokers have contracted with Open GI to benefit from a range of office productivity solutions in order to drive efficiency savings and increase profitability whilst enhancing levels of customer service. As a renowned specialist provider of insurance for Horseboxes, Anthony D Evans have been trading for over 30 years and recently upgraded to Open GI’s Open Attach and Open Print Manager productivity solutions.

Open Print Manager allows brokers to reduce the overall time staff spend at the printer, organising documents for distribution, and dramatically reduces print costs. By managing documents in a single view, documents and attachments can easily be emailed to clients to reduce time and postage costs.

By implementing Open Attach, Anthony D Evans staff can now enjoy the benefits of managing their documentation electronically and will be able to transfer files automatically. To help improve efficiencies and accuracy at point of sale, the leading broker will also be taking advantage of the latest Open GI products, Vehicle Index Look-Up and Address Look-Up.
