Open GI has recently launched its new integrated SMS Text Messaging solution, enabling brokers to communicate more effectively with clients.
In a competitive market, instant client communication such as SMS Text Messaging will allow brokers to quickly respond to individual clients and prospects as well as introduce an easy and effective communication method that is fully integrated with their core broking platform.
In partnership with Webtext, the solution allows brokers to increase conversion rates, particularly at renewal, and communicate more effectively with clients. Brokers can schedule and prioritise when text messages are sent and easily manage their contact base including client ‘opt out’ requests.
By using this new communications tool, brokers have the advantage of sending direct SMS messaging in various ways, choosing either batch functionality or ad-hoc. Brokers can also select if they wish to pre-define the SMS or free type their messages with the ability to preview content to prevent errors.
The new SMS Text Messaging product is the latest edition to Open GI’s ever-expanding productivity solutions, including Vehicle Index Look-Up. This seamless solution enables benchmark data held by Carweb, such as vehicle registration make, model & engine capacity, to be automatically retrieved via the Open GI system or individual broker websites. Saving brokers’ time and reducing the likeliness of operator error, Vehicle Index Look-Up improves accuracy of data and faster quote processing.
