Pictured: Mike Glassborow, New Business Sales Executive
Leading systems provider, Open GI, has strengthened its sales department with the appointment of Mike Glassborow to the role of New Business Sales Executive.
With over ten years’ experience in consultative sales spanning a range of software companies that include QA Training and Consulting and Computacenter International, Mike (pictured above) will be joining a team of 11 Account Managers to identify potential new clients and business for Open GI.
Commenting on the appointment, Jason Wheelhouse, Sales Manager, said: “We needed to expand the existing sales team to meet current demands from the broker base, so I am delighted with this new appointment. Mike will be a great asset to the experienced team bringing with him a wealth of sales skills."
Open GI Sales and Marketing Director, Simon Hughes, commented: “2012 is going to be an exciting year for Open GI with the launch of a number of new products, enhancements and initiatives. For this reason, we need to bolster the existing sales team to ensure we are responsive to the demands from the broker market. This new position focuses solely on generating new business and will help expand the footprint of Open GI users in the general insurance market."
