Open GI Expands Product Management Team

Leading broker solutions provider, Open GI, has appointed Sean Garfield to the position of Product Specialist.

Sean (pictured above) was previously a Training Consultant for Open GI. He has enjoyed an extensive career in the insurance industry, having worked for 9 years at an insurance broker and over 2 years at Open GI.

The expansion of the Product Management Team is in response to growth of the Open GI product set and increased demand from brokers for technical pre-sales support. In his new role, Sean is responsible for providing expert guidance on the functionality and automation of the system.

Kristina Wilkins also takes on the new role of Product Management Team Leader, having been a Product Specialist for the last year. Kristina has 10 years experience at Open GI and a further 9 working for a niche high street and internet broker.

Commenting on the appointment, Kristina Wilkins, Product Management Team Leader, said: “The expansion of the team provides the opportunity to improve the user experience by working more closely with our broker customers. Making sure we deliver what brokers need is key to ensuring we retain successful partnerships.

“Sean’s knowledge of the Open GI system and the day-to-day running of a brokers’ business, partnered with a strong training background will allow him to effectively communicate the benefits of our latest technology.”
