Following a move to Open GI, RK Henshall & Co. Ltd has implemented a number of Open GI’s innovative solutions and seen phenomenal company gains in productivity across their broking business.
RK Henshall recently moved to Open GI from another supplier following a review of Open GI’s productivity solutions and the desire to reduce their cost base. By utilising Open Attach, an integrated file management system, RK Henshall has improved their paperless office environment and provided better audit trails with more risk details to hand in the event of a claim. In addition, Open Word, has allowed access to a flexible document creation facility, saving time and resources with less re-keying. Allowing for Back-Office integration, Open Trader has also been selected by RK Henshall enabling real-time quotes to be delivered to commercial clients via their website with full electronic incorporation to their Open GI Back-Office platform.
RK Henshall began trading in 1976 and has since developed a reputation as one of Cheshire’s leading independent Insurance Brokers for Commercial and Personal Lines. With a client portfolio covering the whole of the UK, they offer access to a wide range of general insurers and to Lloyds of London. RK Henshall’s sister company, Hensure Underwriting, are also experiencing successful growth having recently extended their product range. Now offering policies including liability, contract works, tools, own and hired in plant and professional indemnity, Hensure Underwriting intend to offer competitively placed quotes to the market place.
