XS Direct Launches New Motor Product for Open GI Brokers

Irish motor insurance brand XS Direct has launched a new Full Cycle EDI motor product for brokers using the Open GI system.

The product is underwritten by International Insurance Company, Hannover, and will be live in July. This brings the total number of motor products available via Open GI in Ireland to 50, from 17 carriers.

XS Direct started trading in 2005 and provides high premium drivers with significant savings on their motor insurance.

David Shaw, Head of Business Development, commented: “Our philosophy is to offer transparent, honest products and to deal with claims in a fair and timely way. In order to bring these benefits to policy holders it’s important that we expand our broker distribution channel in the most efficient manner possible.”
