We want to do everything in our power to protect our customers, suppliers and employees.

Today, we have made the decision to close all of our office locations from close of business on Monday 23rd March until further notice in a bid to help reduce the impact of the spread of the virus.

As from Tuesday 24th March, all of our employees will work remotely utilising the technology solutions we have put in place to support the most productive methods of remote working.

Our Customer Support services will continue to be operational. You will be able to contact the teams as usual via telephone and through the Open GI Service desk to log new tickets and to check for progress on any existing tickets.

Continuous support for our customers

Open GI remains committed to maintaining both regular business hours and high levels of customer service, as you would expect under normal circumstances.

We want you to know that we are here if you need us so please be assured on the following:

  • Our systems can be accessed remotely.
  • Our dedicated Account Management Team is on hand to help with all queries. And we can offer online meetings, conference calls, webinars and telephone support.
  • We have a range of online tools which can be accessed through our Support Centre 24/7.
