Mannion Insurance hail Open GI product efficiency

Family run business, Mannion Insurance, has recently adopted Open GI product, CreditLine Plus, a secure, cost-effective solution to integrate card payments.

Established in 1985, Jim Mannion & Co. Insurance is renowned for delivering superior customer service having developed key relationships with a large number of insurance companies over the years. These contacts give access to a wide range of products to cater for its customers’ needs and requirements.

Since introducing CreditLine Plus, its integration is saving Mannion both time and money, managing payments on the clients’ behalf to banks, ensuring all card payments are being handled effectively – and with the very highest levels of security.

Meeting the latest requirements of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) regulation, CreditLine Plus is a fully integrated facility for taking secure and fast electronic payments by credit and debit cards. Notably, it supports payments from all client premiums including broker instalment, standard deposits/full payment, premium finance, BACS initial payment and all card types.

Mannion Insurance’s Managing Director, Jim Mannion, said:

“By implementing this integrated solution, it has not only simplified PCI DSS compliance but also brought processing efficiencies and increased the resource for generating new business.”

Simon Hughes, Sales & Marketing Director Open GI, commented:

“Processing efficiencies are a key metric to help our brokers efficiently deliver to the consumer. Combining a PCI DSS compliant solution was vital in this regulated environment.”
