Open GI completes BIBA System Resilience Review

Insurance technology experts, Open GI, have today confirmed that it has successfully passed BIBA’s recent software house review.   

Open GI are the first technology platform to complete and pass the audit.

The review took place during early February and was conducted independently by BIBA’s assessor, NCC. The assessment focussed on Open GI’s processes around General IT Security and Business Continuity.

Commenting on the review, Open GI’s Customer Services Director, Helen Barker said:

“During the review, we worked co-operatively with both BIBA and NCC to ensure they were able to review all aspects of Open GI’s security, resilience and business continuity procedures.
