Open GI tie up County Insurance deal
Leading technology provider, Open GI, has today announced a new three-year partner agreement with commercial and specialist insurance broker, County Insurance.
The deal, which is Open GI’s second long term partnership in as many weeks, will see the software house provide a wide range of additional technology including eBroker for PowerPlace, the online quote-and-buy facility for SME’s, allowing County to boost their online presence.
Part of the agreement will also see County increase the number of users of the Open GI system from 96 to 128 and benefit from Open GI’s client screening solution, Open Client Check.
Dave Clapp, Managing Director, County Insurance Services Ltd, said:
“The technology that Open GI provides is a key business enabler for County. For the first time, we will be able to extend our customer offering. The functionality that eBroker for PowerPlace provides us with will ensure our clients receive the best quotes in the marketplace and will receive excellent customer service, helping to drive additional sales and to widen our customer footprint in the UK.”
Simon Hughes, Sales and Marketing Director, Open GI, commented:
“We are delighted to have County Insurance commit to this renewed partnership. County Insurance have been working with us now for some time to ensure that the solutions they receive are shaped correctly to support their strategy to deliver a market-leading online presence.”
